Infinite Entertainment Pty Ltd advises that it no longer has any dealings with Mr Kelvin Michael Ball who hired the services of the company to create this site and had verbally agreed to collaborate in business dealings with the company.

Infinite Entertainment Pty Ltd was unaware that Mr Kelvin Michael Ball was Allegedly misrepresenting himself until recently, when no payments were made to the company and no monies loaned to Mr Kelvin Michael Ball for what Infinite Entertainment believed were investments in his alleged prestige car business have been paid in any way.

Infinite Entertainment Pty Ltd intends to seek legal counsel on these matters.

The owner of the company also intends to pursue legal action against Mr Kelvin Michael Ball for numerous other matters.

It is now known that Mr Kelvin Michael Ball has been arrested and charged in Melbourne with the theft of a motor vehicle by the Chelsea Criminal Investigations Unit and is to appear in court on the 3rd of October 2008.

All other matters both present and what appear to be matters of his behaviour in past years we are sure will come to light over time and we all hope that justice will be given to those who have suffered any alleged injury by Kelvin Michael Ball of Melbourne.

Kelvin Michael Ball it is alleged also goes by the name of Kelvin Boll and allegedly has numerous addresses and allegedly fraudulent ID’s.

We hope that this warning may protect others or empower others to speak up if they too have been affected in any negative way by Kelvin Michael Ball currently residing in Melbourne Australia – originally from New Zealand.

Unfortunately it appears that the company hired to create this site has been allegedly conned by a most clever person.

It is alleged that Kelvin Michael Ball has engaged the services of a business under false pretense and it is alleged that he has been involved in fraudulent activities.

It is known that Kelvin Michael Ball living in Melbourne Australia has recently been arrested by the police and charges have been laid with an initial court case on October 3 2008.

Those involved in establishing this blog had no idea of the situation until recent events and immediately reported concerns to the authorities, as such will not continue with the site until all has come to light and the truth be known and determined in a court of law.

As the reputation of the company that was hired to create this site has high credibility we hope that our clients will understand, that we have been placed in a situation not of our making. We have a global standard of practice that is continuously improving using worlds best practice and pride ourselves on our high ethical standards.
