It is now known that Mr Kelvin Michael Ball has been arrested and charged in Melbourne with the theft of a motor vehicle by the Chelsea Criminal Investigations Unit and is to appear in court on the 3rd of October 2008.
All other matters both present and what appear to be matters of his behaviour in past years we are sure will come to light over time and we all hope that justice will be given to those who have suffered any alleged injury by Kelvin Michael Ball of Melbourne.

It is alleged that Kelvin Michael Ball has engaged the services of a business under false pretense and it is alleged that he has been involved in fraudulent activities.
It is known that Kelvin Michael Ball living in Melbourne Australia has recently been arrested by the police and charges have been laid with an initial court case on October 3 2008.
Those involved in establishing this blog had no idea of the situation until recent events and immediately reported concerns to the authorities, as such will not continue with the site until all has come to light and the truth be known and determined in a court of law.
